A Visit from the First Lady of Louisiana!

Today the first and second graders at my school got to spend their science lesson with Gov. Bobby Jindal's wife and several engineering and natural and applied science majors. Today they played with magnets and different objects that were able to be magnetized. The governor's wife also spend some time with the students asking different kids what they wanted to be when they grew up and how math and science would be applied to that job or career. The kids were so excited and really had an opportunity to grow in their knowledge for science.
